1. About Angels Over Us
Angels Over Us ("we", "us") operates an online marketplace that connects clients seeking in-home care for older adults with independent caregivers ("angels"). We are not a healthcare provider and do not employ caregivers.
2. Accounts
You must be 18 or older to create an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials secure.
3. Bookings and cancellations
Bookings are agreements between clients and caregivers. You may cancel a booking that has not yet started; cancellation windows and fees are shown in the app at the time of booking.
4. Caregiver eligibility
Caregivers must complete an application, provide accurate credentials, and be approved before accepting jobs. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.
5. Payments
Payment terms, service fees, and payout schedules will be presented in-app before you confirm a booking.
6. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is". Angels Over Us does not guarantee any specific outcome and is not liable for the conduct of clients or caregivers to the fullest extent permitted by law.
